Panel I – Austria as location for innovations, IT and E-Mobility

Research is leading to new technologies. Several prerequisites and support options for entrepreneurs and companies were presented.

 

Panel II – Project financing for innovations

Challenges of financing infrastructure and innovation projects were discussed.

 

Panel III – Innovations needed for energy and environment

Challenges and needs for innovations, their role to meet the future energy and environmental demands as well as the impact on economic growth and the creation of new jobs were discussed on a transatlantic scope.

 

Panel IV – Innovations through regional cooperation – leading to growth in Europe

Brief regional presentations were given and opportunities for innovations through regional cooperation as well as the benefits of such complementary cooperation were discussed.

Use and exploitation of intellectual property for innovations and economic growth

Protection, valuation, financing and marketing of intellectual property is leading to innovations.
